Chief Guest: Sri G.Kishna Reddy Central Deputy Home Minister, Secretary to Vice President of India Dr.I.V.Subba Rao, Secretary to Central Ministry of Law Dr.G Narayanara Raju, Special commissioner Sri Ramanareddy Senior IAS, IPS officers, and Art lovers attended.
